Manish Bobade (b. 1981) completed his B.F.A. in Painting (2006), and M.F.A. in Creative Painting (2008) from R.T.M. University, Nagpur. He also holds a Diploma in Art Education from Kalasagar Chitrakala Mahavidyalaya, Nagpur (2009). His figurative artworks present everyday encounters - a man resting or a seated dog, in vivid colours and a clean style that make the paintings breathe and give them depth. Bobade has received many prestigious awards and participated in exhibitions in Nagpur, Mumbai, Pune, Ludhiana, Chennai and Bhopal.
