Sonali Mohanty is an engineer by education but left her professional career in favour of art. The self-taught artist is inspired by the world around her, and especially enjoys working with many textures and patterns. Her artworks have been displayed in several Indian cities and she has taken part in international art fairs in Malaysia and Singapore. Mohanty’s works are a part of collections in India, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, SIngapore, South Africa, U.K. and U.S. A.
